Now that I've done Team in Training and done my first Olympic Distance Triathlon, I'm turning my attention to a new challenge - a 100 mile bike ride with the LiveStrong Foundation!
The Lance Armstrong Foundation unites people to fight cancer, believing that unity is strength, knowledge is power, and attitude is everything.
I've joined Team Fat Cyclist: Fighting for Susan. As a fan of Fatcyclist.com, I got pretty excited when he said that he would be starting a LiveStrong team. The goal is to form the largest team with the largest amount in fudraising. I'm proud and excited to be a part of this effort.
Through the dollars and awareness that we raise, we can inspire and empower individuals, and we can make life better for the millions of people across the globe fighting cancer today.
